Clients will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service (discounts do not apply) for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Any appointment that is more than 10 minutes late without contact to the service provider will be considered a no show, and will be charged the no show fee. We do not offer refunds.
